Hi, I'm Chloe, an illustrator, writer and freelance communications person based in East Sussex. I trained at Camberwell College of Art and the RCA and now my portfolio spans illustration; graphic design; journalism; event management and lecturing. I'm happiest working on projects that combine my love of food with my enjoyment for storytelling.


A Guild of Food Writers member, I have broadcast journalism experience and regularly write news and feature articles on food, design or travel-related topics. I have waitressed for high-end catering companies; run club nights, exhibitions, launches, supper clubs, markets and food festivals. I still love to put on events.
I currently host Cook the Books, a food lovers' book club that encompasses monthly 'pot luck' suppers, author talks, and excursions with local food producers.
